Add Visio-like symbols for network diagrams

Please, add Visio-like symbols for network diagrams from http://libregraphicsworld.org/blog/entry/diagramming-with-bling Note that these need to be exported from LibrOffice drawings to SVG. That is possible, but needs to be done in an automated way in case of that is required to do again for an update.
