Rename the package and transfar the repo

Open eitsupi opened this issue 1 year ago • 9 comments

Related to PRQL/prql#4081

  • package name: prqlr -> prqlc
  • repo name: eitsupi/prqlr -> PRQL/prqlc-r (?)

@max-sixty When transferring this repository to the PRQL organization, should the repository name be prqlc-r or r-prqlc? (Example of r- pattern: r-polars, example of -r pattern: duckdb-r)

OK! Totally as you wish re transferring.

For the repo name, PRQL/prqlc-r is consistent with the others...

I am thinking of transferring the repository before prqlr 0.7.1 release which contains prqlc 0.11.2 and change the package name to prqlc in the next version. What do you think?

That sounds good from the perspective of the GitHub org...

(As before, totally as you wish, though!)

@max-sixty Thanks! Can I also create a repository to set up for R-universe? Like this: https://github.com/duckdb/duckdb.r-universe.dev

Repository transfer is completed.

@max-sixty Sorry, I was mistaken, but it looks like I lost admin rights to this repository as a result of the transfer. Could you please correct my privileges immediately?
