Addons won't get past "installing"

As the title suggests, I choose the addons i want to download, click download, they go over to my "installed" but the status is "installing"

If i try to launch PoE, i receive error messages saying the addons cannot be found

A few questions:

• Are you on a particularly slow internet connection so that it could be possible the addons are still downloading?
• Where did you install PAL? And Where the folders empty?
• Could you run b10 in a command line window and show any errors if they occur?
