While PAL makes you select a valid PoE location, it then proceeds to download the entire game to the directory the v1.4 jar is in on launch of PoE.

Can be worked around by launching PAL from my PoE location

This is a bug that should've been fixed can you check your "Core" folder and tell me if b11 is in it?

b10 is in there? I'm sure i wiped and relaunched using v1.4 though...

b10 is not correct though you need to be on b11+. Also make sure you emptied the "Core" folder completely.
