1.6 Update - Depreciated Features (python-openzwave)

As per the OZW 1.6 Release Notes, Several methods have been depreciated

Need to remove these calls to OZW.

I believe this line

Manager::GetNumOfScenes

should read

Manager::GetNumScenes

deprecated items have been removed.

I need to add in the new scene class still. but I believe that is another issue so this can also be marked as done.
