Cannot receive webhook events from some devices

Open m-lean opened this issue 1 year ago • 6 comments

Current Situation

I recently updated to version 9.0 and upgraded the firmware of my Hub Mini to V5.7-4.0. I'm trying to receive webhooks from bot and curtain devices, but I'm not getting any. However, I can successfully receive webhooks from smart lock, even though all of these devices are Bluetooth-only. Are there any known issues associated with this, or could it be related to the app v9.0 update?

Hello. I'm following up on the progress as I've encountered this issue too. Upon checking this week, I noticed that the webhooks for curtains and bots are functioning again, along with other devices, except for the keypad. Currently, the keypad does not send webhook events, specifically the create and delete key commands.

Hi, are there any updates on the issue with webhook events not being sent on keypad touch?

Nothing here, on my applications, there's no webhook events for the keypads ... :'(

I'm following up to check if there are any updates regarding the issue where webhook events are not being triggered on keypad touch.

No (good) news here for the keypad touch... 😥 No webhook events sent. I've had to create a small cron task to check if the codes are correctly created (and they're not always created as expected, notably when many codes sent through the API).

We've bought 18 locks and keypad, and really disappointed. The webhook can't be trusted (for batteries too. It doesn't send the right battery level for locks). Not usable in production.

Any of you heard anything on this issue?

Having the same issue with a keypad and Hub Mini as well where webhooks are successfully delivered for the Hub and Lock, but no events for createKey/deleteKey on the Keypad.
