The battery level of the Smart Lock Pro has started fluctuating (by approximately 20%)

Current Situation

Details are as follows.

• Since around March 2024, we have been monitoring the battery level via Webhook, and at some point, the battery level started fluctuating.
• Until the issue occurred, there were occasional fluctuations, but the battery level generally decreased in a step-like manner.
• We are operating multiple devices, and some are experiencing the issue while others are not (both have firmware version 1.8).
• There are devices that started experiencing the issue around May 17, 2024, and others that started around June 12, 2024.
• The issue occurs with both regular batteries and the Smart Lock Pro dedicated battery.
• Attached is a graph showing the battery level trend.
