Webhook support for detecting when the "on" and "off" buttons on Hub 2 are pressed

Current Situation

Currently, Hub 2's Webhook only notifies changes in sensor data, such as temperature and humidity. There is no Webhook support for the "on" and "off" buttons of Hub 2.

Proposed Change

I would like to be able to detect when the "on" and "off" buttons on Hub 2 are pressed by Webhook.

Additional Context

My end goal is to have these button presses trigger scenes and automations in Home Assistant. The reason why I need to do this though HA in my case is that presently, the SwitchBot app does not allow conditions to be included in scenes, which is what I need.
