This one wasn't captured in the typos spreadsheet, but I've now added it. I've crediting OpenIntro Staff for finding it in the spreadsheet, but please update that if someone else alerted you to the typo.

@hardin47 caught it, which prompted the issue. I meant the one captured as "Figure 7.23 description" in the typos spreadsheet but the one you noted also needs changing.
