OpenIPC Ultimate support for GrainMedia GM8135

I want to try again OpenIPC on GrainMedia GM8135 platform and I'm going to change 8M to 16M flash. Last time there was a problem with 8188eu wifi module and binary firmware because of huge size.

Could you provide ultimate version for this platform?
