For example, I lent USDC, it told me it would switch from 25% apr to 21% apr but in reality it went down to 5%.

@0xosama Independently of the protocol level possible issue, the UI could phrase it in a "safer" way.

At the moment, it's showing APR 25% -> 21%.
But, if others lend/unlend in the meantime, it won't be that number by the time it's mined.

I'll wait for your investigation then we'll see what to do.
