Store last loaded filament during restarts of system/octoprint and ensure temp offset is set again

During a restart of octoprint / system or disconnect and reconnect of printer the temp offset get's lost :-( Would be nice if a fix is possible to ensure correct offset of current loaded material is set correctly. In use with octodash it's really nice to select material and it's my daily driver since a while :-)

after a restart the Temp.-Offset was already assigned, but not after re-connecting. I added this feature now and it will be available in the next release.

Ah, so this fix is what prevented me from reconnecting to the printer to "fix" my wrong extruder temperature. LOL!
