What do you mean by "Offset temperature"?

I'm not sure what you mean by "Offset Temperature"...

Does this mean that it needs to add or subtract temps from the GCode value?

So if I setup my values in Cura for 200º and I've got an offset temp configured on the spool, is this 'offset temp' added or subtracted from the GCode Value?
