Closing a post as a moderator improvements
Thanks to an observation done by S. on a constructive discussion on #community-moderators, when closing a post, in order to prevent people getting personal with moderators, the action should be done as a "moderator" action instead of "paul" or "sophie".
We should also provide a way for moderator to select from a list of reasons + descriptions why the post is being closed instead of having to write a personal note every single time (which could be if required).
It would look like, given a post off topic, moderator presses close post, reasons -> Off-topic , done.
Poster would then see "The post has been closed by a moderator. Off topic: All posts inside the community..."
The responsibility is then shared by the whole staff of moderators therefore a consensus on decisions is implicitly required and no personal strings made between poster/moderator.

Big BUT! If moderation actions are marked as by "a moderator" there has to be a way for admins and other mods to see who moderated which post. Otherwise it will be very hard to see if mods are abusing their power
