Add-In pop up could not be started. Error 404.

I'm currently following along the Office-Add-In-Microsoft-Graph-react sample.

I'm trying to set it up in Microsoft Word

When clicking log in button it redirects to the popup but then says "Cannot GET /login.login.html"

I've removed alot of stuff from the sample to try and simplify it as much as possible so i could understand the sign on.

The Azure App has been set up correctly (i believe)

If i have left any information out please let me know

I reviewed this sample and it had several issues. I have a fix in PR at #750. Hopefully this will fix the issue.
