A lot of strings in `program_info` still use `Prism Launcher`.

features 1 and 2 are best left to other mods (DaBR and dynmap), 3 and 4 sound cool but they'll be on very low priority

Maybe it's worth just switching all usages of `framerate` to `fps`, since latter seems to be used much more frequently?

I won't merge this PR yet because features are still actively being developed and new translation keys are being added for v3. I'll get back to you once things stabilize...

The first beta for v3 is out. Translation keys should be mostly set in place now, so feel free to resume working on your localization
