Not sure I understand how the DOM in your case is structured. You could decorate the parent div with both `dragable` and `dropable` but that would not do any good...
Can you explain the use case for this? Is there any possibility you can apply the directive to items within the div and not on the div itself?
I just ran into an issue where I have a lot of subdomains and I hit the lets encrypt rate limit. It would be good if this is fixed.
