Update Training Syllabus to OWASP Top 10 2021

When I'm incorporating SecureCodingDojo lessons in to my security champions curriculum, I must routinely reference a mapping between OWASP Top 2017 and 2021 to see where the lessons fit. I've updated the SecureCodingDojo Training Syllabus here with the OWASP Top 10 2021 based on the CWE VIEW: Weaknesses in OWASP Top Ten (2021) version 4.8.
