Changesets: Deleted objects should open with their previous location in editors

What feature would you like to see added?

If possible, for deleted objects; when opening an editor such as iD, get the (previous) location from when they last existed (to start we can assume this was in the last version since we are probably looking at an object which was just deleted.)

Opening with osm.org will bring to last visited location by default, but this is okay (out of scope); user can go to last version manually.

Why would this be useful to you or other users?

It would make it easier to check the context of the deleted object and properly look at (custom) aerial imagery.

Editors such as iD will currently open without any coordinates (or without an entity to grab coordinates from) and will return the zoomed out / 0,0 map. Example https://osmcha.org/changesets/173869255 (gate in bottom right)
