Flags: Highlight uncommon tags

What feature would you like to see added?

Highlight uncommon tags etc. in the edited tags sections of a changeset.

Why would this be useful to you or other users?

Allow easily seeing new tags, inaccurate key=value combinations, typos and other possible mistakes directly in a changeset. (currently this is done through a separate tool or occasional maproulette challenge)
