Changesets: Open with Overpass Ultra

What feature would you like to see added?

Add 'open with' option for Ultra, formerly Overpass Ultra (or similar open/export/share option), if possible.

Similar to https://github.com/OSMCha/osmcha-frontend/wiki/Map-visualization-data (sidenote: though maybe wiki page is meta-comment on approximate method used by osmcha)

additionally, it could

• include styling, ie. prefilling icons/colours/... and/or heatmap option and/or osm.org/NotesReview-like chronological display
• maybe integrate with the application or support importing data/formats from it.

Why would this be useful to you or other users?

Allow advanced visualisation of one or more changeset(s) / (modified) object(s)

Similar to opening in JOSM to do advanced validation.

I have personally not used Ultra much yet, at least not as much as Turbo.
