Changesets: Add bookmark current position option

What feature would you like to see added?

Allow users to save the position in the changeset list for a saved filter. They might want to take a break and continue from page XX changeset YY in the list. It is already possible to save the filter with order of the list so it is ordered properly.

Why would this be useful to you or other users?

Allow users to easily navigate their saved filter changeset list.

Sidenote: I have not tested the saved filter feature extensively.
