Changesets: Long changeset comments are cut off abruptly

What feature would you like to see added?

Consider displaying long changeset comments in the changeset list either

• with ellipses ('...') at end of last line; and/or
• with hover text showing full comment; and/or
• allowing more / as many lines of text as needed instead of three, similar to osm.org website
• widening the changeset list slightly, similar to osm.org website (at least on certain screen sizes etc.); and/or
• making changeset list width modifiable by user (might only fix this indirectly)

Why would this be useful to you or other users?

Allow users to more easily see full changeset comments as they give early context to the changes made.

Currently, user may be confused or think contributor stopped typing half way through.

As for long user names, the same could be done.
