Changesets/Settings: Add hints for OSMCha link

What feature would you like to see added?

When adding a comment, either

• manually (in Changeset details under discussion tab); or
• automatically (using default comment in user profile Account Settings)

provide

• hint OSMCha changeset page link will be automatically added to comment on Posting comment.
• (on successfull post) link/button/mention OSMCha page can be reloaded, so the user (knows they) can do that.

additionally, an option could be added to (also) link to Achavi/... if they prefer

Why would this be useful to you or other users?

Allow users to be aware that they are sharing also the visualised changes already.

Currently, users might think they have to add link manually, and may wait for the discussion tab to automatically reload after a few minutes (which it seems it does not, but maybe I did not wait for long enough)
