Home: Add link to changelog, other contact links

What feature would you like to see added?

On the main home page (on the right), above/below current Guide/GitHub/Donate/File an issue links Show a link to the Changelog for the frontend (and the backend).

Currently, the version number is shown prominently between the logo and the links, but there is nothing to indicate its significance. The version number is also shown in small text at the top of the guide page. Next to this a link could be added to view the About page on GitHub.

Add link(s) (in existing section or below) for other contact links, mainly the OSMUS Slack channel at https://osmus.slack.com/archives/osmcha (redirect) / https://osmus.slack.com/?redir=%2Farchives%2Fosmcha%3Fname%3Dosmcha (direct) (assuming Slack will remain the used platform for the near future)

alternatively, add all generic contact links for OSMUS below the Supported by OSMUS logo. (requires more maintenance)

Why would this be useful to you or other users?

Allows users to more easily see changes and chat with other users / the developers.

Currently, users have to manually go to GitHub and look for the changelog / releases section, or find a blog/message elsewhere, and have to go via the OSMUS website or elsewhere and navigate Slack to find the Slack channel, or other such channels. (it is understandable it is initially not shown, as issues should be reported on GitHub.)
