Changesets: Increase contrast for loading spinner

What feature would you like to see added?

Increase the contrast of the loading spinner icon against the background map; and/or add a loading spinner icon with message(s) at the bottom of the changeset details pane to indicate what/why it is loading.

additionally, a loading message could be added below the loading spinner icon in the changeset list to indicate it is 'loading changeset list...'

Currently, the loading spinner icon has insufficient contrast with the background map. (small, light grey on blue/green/brown/grey/...)

Why would this be useful to you or other users?

Allow users to more easily see that/what/why the changeset is loading. Loading spinner mainly occurs on recent or large changesets.

Currently, the user might assume they have to zoom in further or there are no changes (until/if they load).
