In the API docs, the changesets_list endpoint, 'in_bbox' parameter is missing.

A use case would be to get a list in a spreadsheet of all changesets created in a particular Tasking Manager task.

This could be easier for validators to analyze compared to the listing offered in the OSMCha gui.
