Sort and filter tagged vs untagged object changes

Currently all node are listed together. Edits on point features should be distinguished from line vertexes, especially for deletions, and new PoI. It would be more complicated to detect whether a node is part of way , and many point feature are attached on lines or areas ( *way= transport and flow plus power= and pipeline=, entrance= , etc). Tags would be a simple and direct criteria to handle and highlight them separately.
