When a user changes their user_name, OSMCha doesn't go back to get their previous edits

It appears when a user changes their user_name, the OSMCha doesn't go back to get their previous edits. For example, a new user started as "West Coast Freeways Monitor" for their first edit, but subsequent edits were under "US-101 Area Freeways Monitor"

The user_id has not changed. When asking OSMCha for the users changesets only 5 of the 6 edits are displayed in OSMCha.

Here is the changeset info for the user:

 id | user_name

-----------+------------------------------ 163422362 | West Coast Freeways Monitor 163422417 | US-101 Area Freeways Monitor 163422444 | US-101 Area Freeways Monitor 163422475 | US-101 Area Freeways Monitor 163422488 | US-101 Area Freeways Monitor 163422261 | US-101 Area Freeways Monitor

This isn't a big problem but it would be nice if OSMCha would show all the edits for a user_id.

I think this is related to #756 and #757 (possibly a duplicate of the former)

I agree this looks similar to those, but I'm not exactly sure which since they sound similar to me. Feel free to mark as a duplicate. I'd just like this fixed. Not a big deal since this doesn't come up all that often but it would be nice to see a complete list of edits by user_id instead of user_name.
