Filter "copy link" button does not copy full URL

When I click on the "copy link" button after saving a filter:

It only copies the GET parameter for that URL (e.g. /?aoi=e33aaec0-832a-44c1-8bb5-3a67d73b864b), rather than the full URL (https://osmcha.org/?aoi=e33aaec0-832a-44c1-8bb5-3a67d73b864b).

I believe this is related to #403. Thank you for your work on OSMCha!
