OSM don't open required Changeset at first request.

Brief Description

Opening OSMcha from a changeset don't open the OSMcha page of that changeset/

What is the motivation / use case for this feature?

Normally OSMcha opens the requested changeset. Now I have to request it twice

What is the current behaviour, (attach relevant screenshots) ?

OSMcha opens the general start page of OSMCHA

What is the expected behaviour ?

OSMcha should open the requested changeset.

When does this occur ?

Till now, every time, When I start from the changeset history in JOSM as well as from the TM4 page task data request to view changeset at task level

How do we replicate the issue ?

Just try to open the changeset from a selected object in JOSM or from above mentioned request on TM4

This also happens when the download changesets option is called in TM4.
