Show exact changeset timestamp.

I'm submitting a feature request

Brief Description

OSMCha shows relative timestamps, ie "1 day ago", "2 days ago", "23 hours ago", etc.

It would be nice if there was a way to see the exact timestamp.

What is the motivation / use case for this feature?

Ability to see the exact timestamp of changeset, beyond just a very broad "1 day ago".

What is the current behaviour, (attach relevant screenshots) ?

What is the expected behaviour ?
