Zoom on mobile

Zooming in and out on the map by pinching does not work on mobile

What is the current behaviour, (attach relevant screenshots) ?

Nothing happens when you pinch to try to zoom.

What is the expected behaviour ?

I expect the map to zoom in and out when pinching, like on most other maps.

When does this occur ?

Always

How do we replicate the issue ?

1. Open a changeset on osmcha
2. Try to zoom by pinching

Please tell us about your environment:

Firefox 118.2.0 on Android 14 Also does not work on Chrome mobile

Other Information / context:

Appears to be similar to #401?
