Not finding all changesets from a user

Not sure if this is a bug, or possibly something wrong with my search parameters?

Brief Description

As part of DWG monitoring, I use an OSMCha filter, set to search for New Mappers who have made Mass Modifications, using these parameters: Date - manually entered as yesterday or today Location - any Reasons for flagging - "New mapper" AND "Mass modification" Hide trusted users - Yes Objects created - 0-0 Objects modified - 20 Objects deleted - 0-0

What is the current behaviour, (attach relevant screenshots) ?

But occasionally it doesn't find all the changesets created by that user, despite them also being flagged with the same reasons e.g. https://osmcha.org/changesets/140692068?filters=%7B%22date__gte%22%3A%5B%7B%22label%22%3A%22%22%2C%22value%22%3A%22%22%7D%5D%2C%22ids%22%3A%5B%7B%22label%22%3A%22140692068%22%2C%22value%22%3A%22140692068%22%7D%5D%7D

Could this be caused by an error in my parameters?
