Filter changesets by deleted users

Is there a way to look for recent changeset by deleted users? If not I would like to propose such addition.

What is the motivation / use case for this feature?

We are having a problem in Italy, with a vandal creating and deleting accounts non-stop, and this would help a lot with fixing those problems.

In general, it would be interesting to search for recent changesets from deleted users, since there's a probability that their edits are just tests or something like that.

What is the current behaviour?

I tried using the "User" filter with "user_" but it doesn't work. I also tried the "Other metadata" filter with "user=user_" but it doesn't work.

This is a nice idea, but I don't believe a list of deleted users is published anywhere, to be able to implement this.
