`Not reported` on changeset comment is confusing

What is the current behaviour, (attach relevant screenshots) ?

Currently when a changeset has no comment, OSMCha shows "Not reported" as a changeset comment. This can be confusing since it's the same font and style as normal changeset comments. image

What is the expected behaviour ?

If a changeset has no comment, the text "Not reported" should use a different style (maybe italic and placed in brackets, like it's done on OSM.org image

When does this occur ?

When a changeset has no comment.
