Brief Description

RSS Feeds for custom filter times out.

What is the motivation / use case for this feature?

Being able to review changesets

What is the current behaviour, (attach relevant screenshots) ?

After some seconds server returns HTTP 504 Gateway Time-out

What is the expected behaviour ?

Get RSS feed of changesets

When does this occur ?

Most of the time

How do we replicate the issue ?

1. Create a new filter, location city, place New York, United States.
2. Save filter
3. Copy new RSS feed url into any RSS reader

Other Information / context:

For example filter https://osmcha.org/filters?aoi=93c67eac-0374-4df6-bd52-6221123f1b51 This problem became worse over last few weeks. In the past feeds were coming in slower and slower, now it never works after the first time.

I have a similar issue, a filter for changesets in The Bahamas that simply isn't updating RSS or even loading the list of changesets in the browser.

Has something changed to make such filters unacceptable?

Actually a new pure "BBox" feed seems to work for me, but and polygon filter seems to fail to even work in the browser. Maybe a knock on effect from issue #624 ?
