Feature proposal: Enable inequality/exclusive filters (e.g. exclude changes with StreetComplete)
I'm submitting a feature request
Brief Description
It would be great if you could configure inequality/exclusive filters.
As a concrete example, it would be great if I could exclude all changes that come from StreetComplete. For example like this:
By prepending the exclamation mark, this would mean: "Filter out all changes from StreetComplete."
What is the motivation / use case for this feature?
I've been monitoring OSM changes to the region around my hometown for some time. StreetComplete has become quite established here, so a huge majority of changes come from StreetComplete.
Most changes from StreetComplete are pretty good (because its editing scope is very limited and it does not make sense to use it for vandalism) and are very difficult to review if you are not onsite (because most changes cover topics that you cannot review purely by checking the map and aerial imagery).
I would therefore like my review to focus purely on changes that do NOT come from StreetComplete. Therefore it will be helpful if OsmCha allows to exclude such changes.
