I'm submitting a feature request

Brief Description

I want to watch specific OSM object : i.e a big hiking route.

What is the motivation / use case for this feature?

Be notified when a "sensible" object is modified, in order to repair it quickly if needed.

This would be really nice. I was thinking about taking up the "maintainership" of some cycleroutes, but I would really need a way to monitor them first.

(Are there any other tools that might support this?)
