diff is combining multiple changesets, skipping an object version in the diff

Brief Description

https://osmcha.org/changesets/88232267 shows a change to the node https://osmlab.github.io/osm-deep-history/#/node/4101244685 however it's showing the diff of this changeset plus one before hand, it shows way version 3 vs 5 instead of just 4 to 5 differences.

compared to the change in osm-deep-history

the time between these changes was very small, perhaps that's the cause of the issue? Though I'd still call this a bug since it's not accurately representing the change made in the changeset.

@manoharuss @amishas157 I think the fact of the two changes were made in the same minute was the cause of that error.
