Leaderboard in OSMCha

Brief Description

In order to promote more mapping in OSM and more importantly enhancing community efforts for validation of bad changesets, we are suggesting to create leaderboards for OSMCha.

What is the motivation / use case for this feature?

Increase validation engagement in OSM through OSMCha

What is the current behaviour, (attach relevant screenshots) ?

We don't track how many changesets users have validated, good or bad.

Other Information / context:

This ticket is to invite suggestions on how we can use gamification in OSMCha.

Feature requirements

• Formula to calculate user level based on validation actions in osmcha
• UI for leaderboard with All time, This month, This week leaders
• Profile page UI for user's activity in osmcha (optional)
