Allow to filter by the number of node/way/relation created|modified|deleted

Brief Description

Could we have a way to also filter by the number of node/way/relation that were created|modified|deleted?

For example, filter where the number of deleted ways is > 10

Right now we can only filter by the total number of objects, without being able to specify if we want nodes, ways or relations.

What is the motivation / use case for this feature?

This should allow us to better find/spot some kind of problems. For example, to help in finding users that keep deleting areas (ways).
