[Feat] Move r.coin from core to addons
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Tool r.coin seem obsolete, the output is somewhat unreadable and r.report is better. This tool is anyway only a wrapper around r.stats. Plus, the name is confusing.

The output does not look nice, I agree, but the tool is useful for comparing categories in 2 rasters. I use it quite a lot to compare model outputs, for example. Think of classification results. Perhaps the output can be enhanced?

I was under the impression there are better tools for that. Would r.kappa do something similar? If you think we should keep this, I am fine with it, it just looked very outdated. At the very least, we should rename it to something more descriptive and it would be better as Python script.
