gdal isn't ready or available yet in the 3.22 repositories.
GDAL 3.10.3-r1 is now in the alpine 3.22 community repo in alpine. (Dated 2025-05-07). GDAL 3.11 is in the edge branch (so next release, 6 months)
The gdal-driver-netcdf-3.10.3-r1 references the shared library so:libnetcdf.so.19, but doesn't exist or isn't provided in the repo. It seems like a packaging error. All other shared libraries in https://pkgs.alpinelinux.org/package/v3.22/community/x86_64/gdal-driver-netcdf are links that open to a package page, except this one.
I don't know how to flag (since they disabled that function), or file an issue in their GitLab instance, I don't have an account
I filed https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/issues/17300 for this
