gui: update logo

This PR will update the branding, logo and splash screen.

I removed special icons (grass_sql.ico, grass_nviz.ico, ...), It would be pain to update and I don't think it looks good anyway.

  • [x] pngs and ico files
  • [ ] splash screen
  • [ ] windows installer special icons? (e.g. here)

One question is should we backport this? Or are we fine with old branding for future patch release?

@petrasovaa I can add or send you a new ico file for Window if that is what you need.

I still get GRASS GIS in the window frame:

The rest looks good!

There's a lot of strings left to adjust in the GUI. I know that the confirmation dialog when exiting too needs to be adjusted. It isn't related to the icon though.
