Is the note to update Nix flake dependecies needed?

The dev-help Nix message says:

Note: run 'nix flake update' from time to time to update dependencies.

However, the dependencies are updated in the CI, no? Probably also not a thing an average contributor would do. I suggest to remove it. Does that make sense?
