[Bug] MacOS - Georectifier unable advance beyond source map type / location selection

Under Mac OS, the Georectifier, in the initial selection window, when auto-populated by the selection of a location/mapset from the pulldown options will not allow for advancing to the next screen using the Next button. Instead, the user will receive a message that says: "You must select a valid location and mapset in order to continue". As a work around, if the user manually types in the location/mapset into the selection options for "Select source location:" & "Select source mapset:" the Next button allows for advancing to the next screen of the Georectifier tool.
