Set mosaic as percentage of face size

My preferred way is the "mosaic" option, much more natural than the other ones. However, it would make a lot of sense to enable the squares to be a percentage of the face size, instead of a number of pixels. If you look at the images attached, it becomes very clear that it's not suited for faces that represent a significant portion of the image.
