/sign-up is accessible to authenticated users

Describe the bug After login, users were able to open /sign-up

To Reproduce

Expected behavior For authenticated users, they should be redirected to Home Page when trying to open /sign-up

to avoid to see /sign-up page before the redirection we should have my correction on the #683 as i did for the sign-in
