• Updates the license of two entries, each for SSLBL project lists, to match the license displayed on their website. The current license statement, 'Non-Commercial', does not match their Terms of Services, which states:

Thanks for the notification. I'll make the change over in the https://github.com/OISF/suricata-intel-index repo, which is the source for this data file which is generated from it.
